Hello.  I just got word about the update and wanted to download it, but I ran into a few problems.  First, I popped my email address into the download links request, but it said that it didn't recognize me.  I know it's the same email address that I registered with the game, as I still have the BMT Micro invoice (order ID: 3597827).  So then I tried to sent an email to the contact-a-human@..., but gmail told me that the delivery failed to go through.  I tried again, and I got the same failed delivery message.  Then I went back and tried the email address thing again, and it's now telling me that I've entered it too many times in there.

I hope this message isn't too out of place here... the update look really cool, and I'd love to check it out, but I'm not quite sure what to do about all this.  If there are any infos that you need, such as proof of the order, I'll gladly send you whatever that might be.  Oh, and congrats on the award--it was well deserved, I think.

I am officially a stupid stupidhead; when I switched servers, I totally forgot to add the contact-a-human email alias on the new server. Thanks for letting me know, it's fixed now.

As for the other problem; I do remember seeing your order go through, so no worries there. I just checked and although you are in BMT Micro's database, you're not listed in the internal database that I use for updates. This also applies to everyone else who ordered since December. It seems that BMT Micro mysteriously stopped notifying my server about orders at that time. Sad

I shall investigate and fix this problem, and add all of the missing orders manually. In the meantime, I'll email you a download link. That offer also goes for anyone else affected by this problem; just email me at the usual contact address (which works now) and I'll set you up.

All fixed. I've sent download links to everyone who encountered this issue, added all the missing orders to the database by hand, and fixed the root of the problem so that new orders won't encounter it.

If anyone still encounters problems, please let me know and I'll deal with it ASAP. Smiley
