Are you using the same email address that you used to buy the game? Is it telling you that it can't find your email address in the database, or are you just not receiving the email?
In any case,
send me an email and I'll sort it out for you. If you still have a copy of the receipt email, that would be ideal (just forward it to me); otherwise, let me know what email address you used when buying the game.
