Haven't seen that one before. This is the full version, I take it? The usual troubleshooting ideas are all I can immediately suggest - reinstalling the game, rebooting the computer, checking for viruses and spyware, temporarily disabling any
intrusive software. Is there anything unusual about that machine?
You might also wish to look in
%appdata%\MayhemIntergalactic for log files (just copy that italicised text straight into a My Computer address bar and press Enter).
