At the end of the time who is the winner ?
Yes I know ....is the owner with more planets......the rules dont tell this......
If two players have the same planets number?

Then the game is tied.

If a game ends due to a time-out, then the player who controls the most planets wins. If two or more players control the same number of planets, and nobody else has more planets than they do, then the game results in a tie between those players.
